Terms and Conditions of Marketing

It Is here by agreed that Paul Sheldon @ Realty shall pay all agreed costs for marketing of clients property set out in the marketing annexure attached to form 6 listing papers and signed by all party's.

The client shall not be charged for the marketing after the property settles.

The client shall be liable to reimburse Paul Sheldon @ Realty for incurred marketing including 10% GST where applicable if

a. The withdrawal of the property from sale by the owner/owners.

b. The expiry of the Auction authority, Exclusive agency or other agreement between the owner and the agent to sell the property.
